Five years on

I am five years post active treatment for invasive ductal carcinoma and inflamitory breast cancer.  Until recently I was thinking great, I got to five years, recent biopsy showed me clear, no other problems.

In more rēcēnt weeks I had been fettng short f breath when walking, lifting, sleeping and climbing stairs etc. Surgery thought asthma had got worse and was treating accordingly.  Last week-end got to stage where I could hardly breath, called ambulance, after varios tests was taken to cardiac hdu with fluid arond the heart.  Over a litre drawn off and two areas of heart already collapsed.  Recent scan shows its filling again.  The cause they believe is the cancer has come back, am waiting on appt with oncology to confirm.

Obvously concerned, but I cannot stop it or change it, just need to dal with it.

Any words of wisdom would be appreciated
