Breast Delayed reconstruction

Is there anyone here do delayed construction? Especially TRAM FLAP or LD FLAP, I have to decide which one I prefer but I would like to know the side effect after Recon.How do you feel after? For your case, Do you think is good idea to do delayed reconstruction? Please give me advise or share your opinion ..Thank you very much
