What a difficult time you have had over the last two years. Lots of men in similar situations have difficulty with their sex lives, so you are not alone.
Very often there is something that can be done to improve things depending on what the causes of your problems are. Sexuality is complex and often a combination of things can affect sexual responses after cancer treatment, so it may be that there are a number of things that need looking into for you.
These can include physical problems in getting an erection after surgery to the bladder or prostate, the effect of hormonal drugs if you are taking them, feeling fatigued related to having had so much treatment and the psychological effect of having been through all of this. But often things can be done to help, so do talk to your doctor or specialist nurse to see if they can get any help for you.
