I responded to you on another post but I'll mention again.  I used and still use udderly smooth cream which I got from hospital, but you can buy online.  Or Aveena which you can get in most pharmacies

I hope it helps, I know how you feel, my hands are ok but feet still sore and dry and I finished chemo in February.

Both are good so either one should help.  I liked the udderly smooth because it's like a thick cold cream so felt soothing, but both did the trick.  Hope it helps you.
