Hi there Jen, welcome to the forum, but really sorry to hear that your Mom is being treated with radiotherapy on her brain. I'm not a medical person so can't speak to the question you have asked, but thought I would just respond to your post to let you know that this forum is very helpful in dealing with issues around the concerns that you have about your Mom. I also don't have brain cancer; I have other cancers that I'm being treated for, but even if I did have brain cancer, everyone's disease is different and everyone responds to treatment in different ways. Having said that, others on here have dealt with similar cancers and at least, can share their experiences, or perhaps the nurses can help you with that. In any case, their phone number is at the bottom of this page and they are available during regular business hours. Hopefully, things will work out okay with your Mom.
