24/04/16 Chemo Diary

Second Chemo today was less fearful as knew what to expect and put the numbing cream on before injection. However questioned nurse about some errors made on my notes i.e. surgery date, inconsistent text in diagnosis! You got to be aware! They seem to have reduce the "E" dosage. Cold cap was not bad this time almost
Forgot I had it on...had ice on my head when they took it off but hair is not coming out so fast...feeling less nausea and was able to eat when i got home. Feel tired so will definitely slow down now to speed up recovery. My friends and family are being very supportive especially my Mum and daughters. Love them so much ... Some folks do try to tell me horror stories... But i know everyone experience is different and I intend to "never give up" which is my motto in life.You really see who is there for you when the chips are down . Although Im not a dependent soul and really just getting on with it its nice to know you have support if needed. Anyway still thinking about not working and want to keep my brain active so gonna learn Spanish and concentrate on finishing off the house...  I have so many plans when i get through this... The main one is to concentrate on ME and my happiness so look out World im coming to get YOU
