Ok. So now it's been 12 weeks since my upper right lobectomy. The pain is slowly getting less but I am feeling incredible tightness in my chest. Is this part of the normal healing process? I really don't feel as if I got adequate info from my doc about what this recovery would be like. It feels like everything shrunk in my lung area with periods of sharp almost snapping pains. Has anyone felt this way? Thanks so much - Shana
