Sometimes I get so frightened

HI Janice
This happens to all of us. Daytime you can keep busy and put fears to the back of your mind. At night the demons are let loose. My bad time is that period on just waking, in the cold light of day the reality of my situation hits home and I am full of dread. Once I get up and start the day, the demons are tamed. Kim

Some nights it can get scary, the thoughts seem to run away with me. Sometimes I try to watch TV for 20 mins to take my mind off it.
