Breast cancer twice

in 2007 I had a lumpectomy followed with chemotherapy, radiotherapy and 5 years of tomixifen.

9 years later I have just been diagnosed with cancer in my other breast.

Anyone out there have a simular story? I could do with a friend right now..

A friend of mine had a similar situation and underwent all the treatments again on the other side and is doing fine 5yrs on x

Hi and welcome to the forum. Though no personal experience to relate I can tell you that my best friend went through breast cancer twice (three years apart) in her late 30's and endured the treatments which enabled her to go on to train as a teacher, raise three children and see her three grandchildren born.
