Just wondering if any one else is suffering the after effects of chemo? I had 5 doses of [not sure of the spelling - cisplatin]

after a hysterectomy due to cervical cancer in 2009, I also had 25 doses of radio therapy. i was only a grade 1.5 on the cancer scale. the treatement was very aggressive and i could not keep food down, and in the end, not even water! i lost 2 stone, had a vile taste in my mouth and felt very weak for months. i did not lose much hair on my head thankfully but lost my underarm hair - and it has never grown back! feel sure i lost some eyelashes too. my digestive system continues to be sensitive and both of my big toe nails turned black. one fell off!

has anyone else sufferred similar ?
