My husband was diagnosed with multiple myeloma 15 years ago at the age of 43. He was very ill, in a wheelchair and below 6 stone. He had chemo and a stem cell transplant and has been in remission for 15 years.
He had got other cancers now, but not connected to the myeloma.
Hope all goes well for you, they have made huge advances in treating it.
