Im so sorry to hear your news, I am currently helping my mum through her diagnosis too.

I daily think I have got my head around it, then the next day, no matter how hard I try to stay positive, it just gets me.  You need to live everyday from now, it must be difficult not knowing what will come next, but don't get to tomorrow feeling regretful that you didn't live yesterday like you wanted to.  I hope you find the strength to get along each day <3
