Hi, if you are having problems keep hassling your GP.  It is so hard to get to see my GP I asked my consultant if I had problems could I by pass the GP go straight to him and he said most definitely yes or to contact his cancer nurse.  GP's aren't equipped to deal with in depth problems in my opinion and in fact I was misdiagnosed by one and ended up as an emergency - diagnosed and operated on in 2 days.  Fight yr corner you are worth it.
