I am sorry to hear that your cancer has metastasised but it's good news that the doctors are happy about how you are responding to treatment though it must be challenging to have to deal with these side effects.

I hope that you will hear from other members of our community who have also had a metastatic prostate cancer diagnosis and that they will be along shortly to share with you what side effects they themselves experienced and how these affected their quality of life. Don't hesitate to talk to your GP about these issues you have been experiencing as they might be able to help and have some good suggestions for you to improve  things like the tiredness you are experiencing, the low mood and the hot flushes
