Hi there- I’ve had loads of water infections & it is the most frustrating thing! I know that if I get the antibiotics straight away the symptoms are relieved within a short space of time so, for me, a quick prescription is the answer!  The worst bit is that feeling of constantly wanting to wee (every 30 minutes or so) but that there’s nothing there when you go - just the urge to go.  I drink loads of water which helps but you have my sympathy.  Before the menopause I had endometriosis on my bladder which was the main culprit but the menopause helped with that so my bouts these days are few & far between but still very irritating when they arrive.  Hope you get sorted quickly.  Good luck.
