Hi there, looking for your valued advice on behalf of my dad going through hormone treatments since Dec 2025 and due RT next month. He is having the hot flushes and just started taking sage tablets on a recommendation. We are looking for a neck fan and seen lots,  some with bad reviews ie the boots one mmarketed for menopause seems to overheat! I’ve seen one that is approx £70 with great reviews I can’t recall name of it now should have copied it before writing this post ….think began with T can get via Amazon, wondered if anyone had experience of it please?  Also anyone got tips for RT , what to wear, when it started any additional tiredness etc    Dad is more than happy to get bus there and back I worry about germs, tiredness etc etc   Many thanks best wishes
