- Appointments. Had a phone call at 14:30 last Thursday from the hospital. Where are you? I said why. You have an appointment. I said no I haven't. Apparently it was at 14:00. I knew nothing about it. No phone call, email, letter nothing. The medical team at the hospital are excellent doctors nurses xray ct staff etc. Admin - one hospital so many different ways of making an appointment. One dept - phone email on line notification. Another uses phone and letter they say don't email. Another a letter out of the blue for an appointment in June but no reason why on the letter. Then this last one. If they could phone to ask why I wasnt there why couldn't they phone to let people know in the first place! One hospital seemingly without any joined up admin support.
