I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with some side effects of treatment and that, in particular, these are more difficult to manage at night. It sounds like it's impacting your sleep quality and ability to rest, which I'm sure is difficult and frustrating.
Our bodies do react in different ways at certain times of day and night, but it's certainly worth talking with your specialist cancer nurse to see if they can recommend any changes or additions to your treatment which might help.
