Welcome to the forum Cain83, although I'm really sorry to hear you were diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma this week.

Finding out that the cancer has affected both your kidneys and that cryotherapy may no longer be an option must be a lot to process but we are sending you all our support and I hope you can take some strength, and comfort, from knowing that we are here for you at this very challenging and uncertain time. 

Unfortunately I couldn't find anyone on the forum in the same situation as yourself at the moment, but you may be able to connect with others through Kidney Cancer UK and Kidney Research UK.
