  • Welcome to the forum Cain83, although I'm really sorry to hear you were diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma this week.

Finding out that the cancer has affected both your kidneys and that cryotherapy may no longer be an option must be a lot to process but we are sending you all our support and I hope you can take some strength, and comfort, from knowing that we are here for you at this very challenging and uncertain time.

Unfortunately I couldn't find anyone on the forum in the same situation as yourself at the moment, but you may be able to connect with others through Kidney Cancer UK and Kidney Research UK

In the meantime, if you'd like to talk to one of our cancer nurses about your diagnosis and find out what other treatment options may be available to you, you can give them a call on 0808 800 4040. Their phone lines are open Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m and they will do all they can to answer your questions and support you at this time.

    Kind regards,
