I'm sorry to hear that you're facing the possibility of starting Kadcyla. It's understandable that you have some questions and perhaps anxiety around a new treatment and how it might impact your daily life. 

There are quite a few posts where people have mentioned this drug here on the forum. If you use the search function at the top of the page to look for Kadcyla, you'll be able to read through some of those posts if you think it may help.  You are also very welcome to give our team of nurses a call to talk things through with them. I know they will be happy to listen and offer any advice, information and support they can. They're available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on 0808 800 4040. 

Do also talk through your questions with your specialist cancer nurse or Consultant. They will be best placed to give you advice about working and socialising, and what actions you can take to mitigate those risks.
