Happy New Year! I hope that you and Nala had an enjoyable festive period together. 

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having issues with your blood pressure and heart rate recently. It's good to know that you've already seen your GP who is going to adjust your medication and monitor this for you. I can see in one of your previous posts that you mention you are taking Zoladex and Letrozole. It's worth noting that both these medications have blood pressure changes noted as side effects so it's something to chat with your GP or specialists about i fyou have continued concerns or problems. 

With regards to the tightness you mention in your chest. I presume this is from the surgery. If you feel that your muscles are still tight or that you have any restricted range of movement in your arm/shoulder or general discomfort then you can always ask for a refreral to the local physiotherapy team who may be able to help with some advice and support to improve things for you.
