Sorry im not great with writing Im 29 i was diagnosed with thyroid cancer 3 weeks ago had my surgery Friday where they took out my whole thyroid and parcel parathyroid i was in a hospital bed for 4 days couldn’t really move needed help they mobilised me yesterday and after my calcium levels were ok got sent home and tbh im just struggling with taking it easy i know healing is a heavy task but after sitting in hospital for so long im fed up with sitting and healing im not in pain and i dont mind the meds and was wondering if anyone else has any tips
