Hi was diagnosed with VIN 3 in October. Had 2 biopsy,s no cancer shown. Had  wide lesion excision of the left side of my vulva in October.   Histology results show cancer I am now scheduled for a radical vulvectomy and bilateral lymph node removal later this month. I will be going to talk to the oncology surgeon performing the op. I don't know what to ask I just feel so numb
