I'm sorry to hear that you've recently been through treatment for cervical cancer. I hope that you've been well supported by the hospital team, family and friends during this time. 

It's common for people who have been through treatment for cancer to struggle with fatigue, and so it's understandable that you're not physically feeling ready to return to work at the moment. We have some information about fatigue and cancer on our website, which might be helpful. 

Hopefully your next scan will bring some positive news and over the coming weeks and months, you'll start to feel that you're regaining some of your strength.  In the meantime if you'd like to talk with one of our nurses for some advice and support, you're welcome to call them on 0808 800 4040, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. I know they will be happy to listen and offer any information and help they can.
