Early menopause

Hi all

as a part of my treatment of ovarian clear cell carcinoma, I had a debulking surgery putting me in early menopause

how can deal with my new situation 

I hesitate to read about it trying to escape psychosomatic symptoms 

I sleep during the day

nights are very warm

    It sounds like you’ve been through a lot with your treatment, and being put into early menopause on top of everything else must be such a difficult shift to cope with. Many people here will understand how tough that can be, both physically and emotionally.


    You mentioned avoiding reading too much in case it brings on more symptoms, and that’s completely understandable. Sometimes just getting through the day is enough without the added worry.
