I'm so sorry to hear about this and can't imagine how you must be feeling. Your next appointment will be an opportunity to process your diagnosis with your doctor and, if you're able, I'd encourage you to bring a loved one with you and take notes so you can refer back to them in your own time. It's important that you leave your appointments feeling heard and prepared for the next steps.
