Hi there I'm sorry to here of your lung cancer ,it must feel very scary and not knowing what to do for the best ,all I know is that many years ago my stepfather had lung cancer and he had his lung removed and he lived for many years and I can't remember him suffering with breathing difficulties ,if it was me I think I would have the operation to hopefully get rid of all the cancer rather than rely on treatment ,I hope you make the right choice for you ,I'm sure you will take advice from the experts ,best wishes .
