Mole removal follow up appointment on Monday. Worried it's going to be bad news

I had a mole removed in July. They have phoned to say they need to see me next week. That can’t be good. I was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer in December and have had lumpectomy and radiotherapy. So much in one year and now this. Is there anything positive the appointment on Monday could be? Back down the feeling positive ladder

    I'm sorry to hear about all that you've been through since last December. It's understandable that you're feeling anxious ahead of your appointment on Monday. 

    If you think it might help to chat things through with one of our nurses before seeing the specialists next week, you're welcome to give them a call. I know they will be happy to listen and offer any advice, information and reassurance they can. They're available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, on 0808 800 4040. 

    Try to keep busy over the weekend and remain as positive as you can. As I'm sure you already know, worrying won't change the outcome but it will leave you feeling rotten in the meantime.
