  • Hello Dave123zee

I'm sorry to hear that you were diagnosed with lung cancer back in December. It's understandable that you may be struggling with some of the side effects of treatment, and I hope that you can connect with others who have been on this journey and who can share their experiences with you.

In the meantime, we have some information on our website about the side effects of lung cancer radiotherapy, which you may find helpful. Do talk with the radiotherapy team and your specialist cancer nurse as well, so that they can keep an eye on things and adjust any treatments or support options as appropriate.

If it would help to talk things through with one of our nurses, you're welcome to call them on 0808 800 4040, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. I know they will be happy to listen and offer any advice, information and support they can.

I hope that the rest of your treatment isn't too harsh Dave. Do keep in touch and let us know how you get on. We're here for you.

    Best wishes,
