Hi there, not sure if this is the right group/forum, but one of our friend's been diagnosed with cancer, and is undergoing chemotherapy. They are a couple with a 2 year old child, so finding it really difficult managing normal household chores. They live in Harrow, and was looking for some help with cooking, cleaning, etc immediately. If you can point me in some direction, that would be much appreciated. Tx in advance.
