I have taken Letrozole for almost a year and have noticed some damage - thinning and a lot of breakage on top and at the front. I now have a free fringe which I comb to one side. My hairdresser did not need to cut one!

I don't think much can be done except for using a shampoo which has some oil in it and washing the hair less frequently. I have been using a drop of Pantene keratin oil when my hair has been washed and dried and it seems to smoothe out the broken bits. Otherwise the hair on top looks like razor wire. Sorry I cannot be of much help but you have my sympathy!
