  • I'm sorry to hear how much of an impact chemo brain is having on your life at the moment Catlady01, and for how it has left you feeling.

Let me be the first to say that you are not a failure as a mother. Cancer treatment is very tough and the cognitive changes chemo fog can cause is very challenging so try and be kind to yourself and remind yourself of all that you are going through when these thoughts occur.

I hope this information we have about chemo brain and how to cope with the changes will be useful but if you'd like to discuss this further with one of our cancer nurses, they'll be back from Tuesday onwards on 0808 800 4040, with their phone lines being open between 9a.m - 5p.m.

Hopefully some of our members will share their experiences and insight with you when they can but in the meantime, we're sending you all our support and are thinking of you at this time.

    Kind regards,
