Hello Im not sure about where you are in your treatment if any but you should not have to worry alone
Have you spoken to your medical team about your concerns/ your gp?
They are the ones who would refer you to palliative care team
Or ring cruk nurse line for support
Or Macmillan nurse line are open 8am to 8pm every day
