Intermittent fasting

Good morning folks 

My husband has Oesophageal cancer, colerectal cancer and now in the liver. All diagnosed separately in the last 4 weeks.

My question is.....have any of you lovely people ever heard or tried intermittent fasting? He's been researching and has come up with this.

    I'm sorry to hear about your husband's diagnosis. Undoubtedly it's been a difficult time for you both and it's understandable that your husband has been trying to understand this news and potential options to improve his health. 

    We have some information on our website about alternative cancer diets, including some brief information about intermittent fasting. It's really important that your husband talks with his care team before starting any alternative or complementary therapies.
