Hello, I have terminal cancer having had radiotherapy capecetbine and oxiliplatin.

Given 18 months to live with treatment I consented to have treatment which included 5FU.

After 5 days my stomach was having severe cramps together with rumbling and grumbling.

On the 5th day I was in severe pain and was violently sick.

The acute nurses managed to stabilise the pain and sickness.

Prior to this treatment I had never had any problem with my stomach and could eat and drink anything, I had not been sick for over 40 years.

JUST wondering if these effects have been experienced by anyone else.
