Mkssing dosis due to low neutrophils) and not getting then at the end of treatment

I would like to ask why woulf the two dosis that I missed furing treatment won't be given to me at the end of treatment. 

Due to low neutrophuls, I'e missed two dosis. Theh told me at the time they would be givwn to me at the end bjt yesterday I was told that I'll be finishing without them

Would anyone know the reason? Why they've decided to not give it to me?

Would I be in higher risk to getting cancer again in the future?
