Hello Roogler, 

I can imagine this is really hard for you to come to terms with especially as the pathology of the lymph nodes and other organs removed by radical cystectomy showed no signs of cancer so this small 4mm node in her lung must have come as a real shock. Hopefully this is a small node that they have found and I hope that they deal with it effectively.
