I'm sorry to hear that you've been diagnosed with bladder cancer. Tiredness is indeed a recognised side effect of cancer and if you are, or have been, undergoing treatment then that can make the tiredness worse.
We have some information on our website about coping with cancer fatigue that you may find helpful but I'd really encourage you to talk with your health care team about this issue as well.
