I had this treatment for lung cancer. It worked very well for me. I had treatment every 6 weeks for 2 years. The first treatment floored me but each treatment after that I was fine. I had mild side effects which were mainly tiredness and dry skin. I'm pleased to say that the treatment shrank my tumours and they have remained the same size ever since. I am now 5 and a half years on with incurable lung cancer but I am extremely well and living my normal life. I'm very lucky and I just have to say that I set myself goals and keep a positive mindset. It all helps. I am not dying from cancer, I am living with it is my motto. Good luck with your treatment and I hope it works as well for you as it has for me.
