I'm sorry to hear that you've not only had surgery for a kidney tumour but that you're also dealing with other long-term health conditions. It's understandable that juggling all these things has left you feeling drained.

Many people find that it helps to talk with someone about how they're feeling. I don't know what support you have around you Celtic-bhoy. Do talk with family and friends if you have someone close that you can confide in. If you have a specialist cancer nurse or another specialist nurse related to your health conditions they can also be a great source of support and information. 

You are of course most welcome to give our nurses a call. I know they will be happy to listen and offer any advice, information and support they can. They're available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm on 0808 800 4040.
