I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling and feeling lonely at the moment. It's understandable that you may be feeling a rollercoaster of emotions, particularly if you don't have anyone close to you can talk to about how you're feeling. 

I know many people have found it helpful to talk with others about their diagnosis and how they're feeling. I don't know if you're aware of an organisation called Maggie's but there is a centre in Glasgow and I'd really encourage you to try and pop along. They are a warm and friendly organisation and I'm sure that you will be able to have a cuppa and chat with others at the centre who will be able to offer support. 

I hope that you can reach out to Maggies or talk with your specialist cancer nurse Anji. If it would be helpful to talk with one of our nurses for some advice and support you can call them on 0808 800 4040, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. I know they will be happy to listen and offer any advice and support they can.

I contacted Mac Millians and they have a buddy system and was able to put me in touch with someone who was in the same situation as myself for telephone support, might help

ACC sufferer too. Salivary Cancer UK have a good network of ACC patients and do meet ups a few times a year

Ring them!!!!! You may be missing the support you really need, you have just slipped through the net, not intentional, they will be gutted to know no one got back too, for goodness sake, you have cancer ! Bother everyone!
