I'm sorry to hear about the lower back pain you've been experiencing Boydis.
I do hope it has got better since you made this post, but if you're still struggling, or it's got worse, do make sure you speak to your medical team about this as they will be in the best position to advise and if needed provide you with pain relief.
Hopefully some of our members who may have had a similar experience, will stop by soon to share their experiences and advice, but if you'd like to discuss this further with one of our cancer nurses, they're available on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m. They're very insightful and will do all they can to address your concerns.
We're thinking of you Boydis and wishing you all the best with the rest of your treatment.
Kind regards,

Hi yes every time after I'd injected Filgrastim I suffered from lower back spasms. I'd be stood up then suddenly the pain would hit me and I'd have to sit or lie down.
As soon as I'd stopped injected it, it disappeared.
Thank you for your reply. It has gone now I’ve had my last injection.
Glad to hear it's gone. I never had any back pain whilst injecting with Filgrastim, but then did after my treatment was finished. Still ongoing, but it's not as bad as it used to be.
Hope it improves for you
