  • Hello Catholic

I'm so sorry to hear about your husband's diagnosis and that you've been told now that there are no treatment options available to him. Undoubtedly this is devastating news and I can understand that this is made even more difficult by the delays that he has encountered.

Although you've been told that there is no treatment available, what have you been told about his health and who will be responsible for his care? Do get in touch with his GP if you are unsure and have concerns or questions.

If you'd like to talk things through with one of our nurses, you're welcome to give them a call. I know they will be happy to listen and offer any advice, information and support they can. They're available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm on 0808 800 4040.

I do hope that you and your husband have support around you from family and friends. Keep in touch Catholic if it helps to have a safe space to put down in writing how you're feeling. We're here to listen and offer any help we can.

Sending you both my best wishes,
