Covid & chemo

Hi all, I'm about to start chemo on the 5th Sept, and I have just tested positive for covid...just wondered if anyone has any advice/thoughts about if they will continue to give it to me etc(I will ring my BCN tomorrow after bank holiday, but just wanted to see what people thought!) Thanks

  • I'm sorry to hear you've just tested positive for Covid Hayley.

    Hopefully some of our members will be along soon to share their experiences and advice but you're doing the right thing by getting in touch with your BCN about this, and hopefully they'll be able to tell you what will happen next and how it will affect your chemo.

    You can also discuss this further with one of our cancer nurses on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m.
