  • Welcome to the forum, Charlie1234.

I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis and the whirlwind you've been through recently. It's completely understandable to feel low and anxious, especially with everything happening so quickly. Managing a major health diagnosis alongside bipolar disorder must be incredibly challenging.

Please remember to be kind to yourself and reach out for support when you need it, whether it's from loved ones or mental health professionals. It's okay to feel overwhelmed, and it's important to lean on others during these tough times. Organisations like Anxiety UK can also offer valuable resources and support.

Hopefully others who are facing a similar situation will be along shortly to chat with you.

Until then stay strong and please remember we're here to listen whenever you feel like talking.

    All the best,

    Renata, Cancer Chat Moderator
