Hi recently had liver resection although feel much stronger now still really uncomfortable when trying to sit or get up … op now six weeks away. Is this normal TIA

I was wondering on how your recovery is going now? I am due to have a resection on Tuesday, I know the usual stuff like I wont be able to drive, lift anything etc. I was wondering if there was anything that you wished you had known about beforehand? Just trying to prepare (it is likely to be open surgery not keyhole I think).
