Hi there I was just looking for some guidance really, I was diagnosed with breast cancer in may 2024 had three biopsies and then two lumpectomies and sentinel node biopsy two weeks ago. The pain has subsided and despite feeling a little tired I feel okay in myself apart from some slight discomfort and some migraines. I have been given letrozole to start and have scheduled radiotherapy in a few months. Has anyone returned back to work before the six week period. I just don't feel I warrant being away from work for so long so just wanted a little guidance really.
