Any tips, it’s not discomfort, just can’t sleep. It’s 4am I have had 2 hours max. I do still have general anaesthetic in my system and have read about insomnia due to it. Is this even possible?
A very warm welcome to our forum. I am sorry to hear of your sleepless night. This may well be due to the fact that you have had surgery so recently, but it is also a big part of our cancer journey. I hope that your sleeping pattern improves, but mention it to your care team if not. There are a number of alternative mechanisms to combat this, but they don't all work for everybody.
