Abemaciclib

I got my results after surgery and I shall be having chemotherapy, radiotherapy followed by hormone blockers and Abemaciclib, has anyone else had this medication? From looking at it same effects as chemo so now I’m worrying about side effects as I will be on these for 2 years.
