I'm so sorry to hear that you've just had your third surgery for a recurrence of ovarian cancer. I do hope that your physical recovery is going smoothly. 

It can be a real rollercoaster of thoughts and emotions when you find yourself with repeated recurrences and it's understandable that you want to now make the best choices about the treatment options that have been recommended to you. I hope that as well as support from family and friends, the hospital team is offering support if you need to talk with them. 

We know that for many people living with cancer, and having to make choices about treatment options, can be a difficult time. I wonder if you might find it helpful to talk things through with one of our team of nurses. I know they will be happy to listen and offer any advice, information, and support they can along with helping you think about any questions you want to ask your specialist before making a decision about the treatment pathway. Hi Poppy. Jace you tried the face group forums? There are a few that are dedicated specifically to low grade, one in particular is to low grade serous (not sure if yours is serious). The ladies are absolutely lovely and full of helpful advice.
